When you book an appointment with Sky you are agreeing to the following terms:
- You are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian).
- Cancelled or rescheduled appointments can be made anytime up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
- Cancellations of appointments within 24 hours will be charged a cancellation fee of $30.
- No-show appointments are non-refundable.
- Your corporate / party event deposit of $100 is non-refundable, however, the deposit is transferable to a different date if your cancellation is made more than 36 hours (3 days) ahead. Only under special circumstances will an exception be made.
